I am a writer, editor and project manager with more than two decades' experience on newspapers, magazines and across digital platforms. I have worked in London, Hong Kong and Cape Town in a variety of positions, including news reporter, chief sub, foreign correspondent, managing editor, food editor, daily TV columnist and features writer. I am an award-winning editor of magazines, both custom and consumer, with a special interest in health, wellness, lifestyle and parenting.
Publications I have contributed to include the London Evening Standard, the Sunday Times, the South China Morning Post (Hong Kong), Good Housekeeping, Shape, Marie Claire, Femina, Cosmopolitan and Fair Lady. Magazines I have edited include Fit Pregnancy, Discovery, Edgars Club magazine, Life (Life Healthcare), Consider This (Prudential Investment Managers) and Sales House magazine.
I have an honours degree in economics from Brunel University London and am lucky enough to live in sunny Cape Town with my husband and two children.
